    Putting it and our tax refund into temporary savings.� By that I mean we hope to buy a single family home and are saving for things we will need when we move in like a lawn mower etc that will come up.� It is a seperate account than our prospective downpayment.

In fact , in the fair world people who pay more taxes should get more back, and it doesn�t matter how much money one makes, either everybody gets it or nobody. Otherwise, it�s just another example of redistribution from my pocket to yours. It�s a pure socialism-->-->

    I am putting it toward our Nov 2008 wedding!� But, I didn't get the whole $600 - I got about $400 instead.

    Pay more taxes if you want a rebate and stop complaining about not getting one. Or try stimulating the economy and buy some realestate. Mortgage interest is a write down.
