Can anyone recommend a vendor who rents these? Both my caterer and tent/table vendor do not and I am lost after calling a few places on the Cape. If you have a vendor on the Cape that does great! But Boston is fine too. Thanks in advance.

No a family friend who is an amateur baker is doing them as her gift to us. So she doesn't have all the accessories a regular bakery might have. That being said, I've called a few bakeries in the area and they also don't have them. I guess they are hard to come by.Thanks for the links though. The first link looks like it will be perfect.

Party Favors in Brookline rents a nice one for $75, although I'm not sure if that is only if you use their baking services. Worth a call though! It holds a lot of them...

Our baker used pillars and the cardboard cake thingys (covered in silver foil) for our cupcakes, then filled in with lots of white flowers. Flowers can be tricky depending on the kind of icing you use, but ours were covered in rolled marzipan, so it was nice and smooth and not sticky - flowers were no problem. I'd paste in a photo but I can't figure out how to do it!
