    Fondant is like modeling clay that happens to technically be edible IMO.  YUCK.  I wonder if it can be good; Cake Boss uses it, and I'm sure those clients are not paying that much for cake that's yucky tasting...are they???

    Man, I wish we had wedding cake left over after our anniversary pig out...

    Let me know how Konditor Meister works out! My favorite cake is the strawberry grand marnier.
