Hello,
I am considering the Paine Estate in Waltham as a potential wedding venue.  I am curious to know others' opinions of the estate...especially if you have held a wedding there or been to a wedding there recently.  It is beautiful, but seems to have a lot of repair going on right now (e.g. the chimneys).  I'm curious if others have enjoyed the venue despite the not-so-perfect condition, or if it is in too much a state of disrepair to overlook?
Thoughts?  Reviews?  Concerns?  Anything?
