    Problems with missing content

    Anyone else noting an increasing number of instances where content is missing and does not update using the refresh button, after restarting, etc.?

    I never seem to have the problem with the Times reader...

    Yes,  I just signed up for it about 2 weeks ago,  the obituaries are often incomplete,  also articles are missing,  sometimes if you press the refresh button they have, it helps,  I still go to Boston.com to make sure I didn't miss something.   I like the format so I,m going to give it some more time.  I complained once and got kind of a generic answer that wasn't very helpful.

    We do apologize for the poor performance of the GlobeReader content/downloads.  Part of the problem is that we are upgrading systems to make the whole process easier and more efficient but in doing so we are clearly interrupting the current flow.  Our IT group has solved this and we should now be back to normal consistency. Please contact us at globereader@globe.com if you are still experiencing problems.
