Change with the rainbow?  Now that's just preposterous Icey.

JTB:  I'm going with blue.  It really brings out the highlights in my mane.

I find 6pm.com is a great place for shoes as well - they carry some of the brands I really love.  If you sign up for emails, you'll get notifications of when they're doing free shipping, too.

Many boots are now coming with wide calf versions - my calves are enormous due to years of gymnastics and swimming, and the wide calf models are just what I've needed.

Re: Can we have a Cupcake ruling?

Someone should start a company that will sell boots with customized calf sizes.  My wife actually has a problem opposite most of what you're describing.  Because of her proportions, any boots in her size have calves much too wide and up looking like wellies.

I like endless.com - they are not as expensive as Zappo's, I find.

Endless.com advertizes "vegetarian shoes".  Never heard of that, is that for vegan boot lickers?

I did not realize my first post was deleted! I certainly didn't use any vulgar words. Hmm. In any case, y'all have it right. Skinny jeans are for skinny chicks. If you've got any kind of curves, you're just going to look heavier, and I'm pretty sure none of us want that. I look matronly when I wear skinny jeans and a flowy top.

The one exception is if you carry your weight in your stomach but have skinny legs. In that case, a flowy top, skinny jeans and heels will camoflague the stomach while accentuating your skinny legs.

I, personally, cannot wait for this trend to die.

TwoSheds, there are plenty of companies that will make custom made boots.

They cost a pretty penny, though.
