Lies.  I do not.  This is in my head:

In the town where I was born,
Lived a man who sailed to sea,
And he told us of his life,
    In the land of submarines,

So we sailed on to the sun,
Till we found the sea green,
And we lived beneath the waves,
    In our yellow submarine,

We all live in yellow submarine,
    yellow submarine, yellow submarine,
We all live in yellow submarine,
    yellow submarine, yellow submarine.

OK, I've had three musical earworm changes in the last 5 minutes - U2, Mr. Rogers, and the Beatles.

And INXS's "Suicide Blonde" just played on my radio.  My brain is a jumble.

Well, my iPod has since bombarded me with Johnny Cash singing Ring of Fire, and Breakfast at Tiffany's by Deep Blue Something.

    So what is stuck in my head?  Hold Tight, by the Andrews Sisters;

    I like lobsters, oysters too,
I like my tasty butterfish, foo -
When I come home late at night,
I get my favorite dish - FISH!

Adding to the earworm mix...Neil Young & Crazy Horse (a big influence on Pearl Jam for all you PJ fans):

Everybody seems to wonder what it's like down here
I got to get away from this day-to-day running around -
Everybody knows this is nowhere (sha-la-la-lalala-la).

    Happy Tuesday, all!

    Hold tight, hold tight -
    Hold tight, hold tight, boodley-ackie-shackie
    Want some seafood, mama
Shrimps and rice, they're very nice!

I know this one all too well, DG, my wife has an Andrews Sisters CD with this song on it (along with, of course, "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy").

One time I heard a weird set of music in a store.  They were playing covers of The Smiths and Kate Bush... sung Andrews Sister style.  It was absoulutely bizarre.

Oh, and McB...since your avatar is Jim Morrison, a little Doors music:

A long time ago when I was back in seminary school, there was a person there who put forth the proposition...that you can petition the Lord with prayer.
    Petition the Lord...with prayer.
    Petition the Looooorrrd...with pray-ah!
    (pause)
YOU CANNOT PETITION THE LORD WITH PRAYER!!!

    Can you give me sanctuary?
I just need some place to hide
    A place for me inside.

Can you give me soft asylum?
    I can't make it anymore.
The man is at the door.

    (from "The Soft Parade," 1969)
