Yes, that's it - water weight gain because of the heat!! Way to go, Jneen!!
Hopefully this week's weather will enable us to take walks and bike rides outside. I did nothing in the way of fitness last week!! (Although I did eat kinda healthy - no ice cream at all!!)

According to my trainer, a calorie is a calorie, BUT calories that come from healthy foods like veggies, fruit, fish and chicken (only to name a few) and NOT from fried, fatty or junk foods are better for you and contribute to building lean muscle rather than cellulite thighs.
Yeah, I know it's common sense, but it's better to snack on almonds than Cheetos or yogurt rather than ice cream.
One other gem from the trainer, if you're craving a cheeseburger, have it. Just don't do it 5 times in a week. That way, you don't feel deprived and can get back to healthy choices quickly rather than bingeing....Like Jneen said above, this is about healthy eating and being able to maintain things over time.
