    I agree.� This is a sad, tragic story and I think the poor mother is just trying to find someone to blame.� I don't think there is in this incident.� It was a sad, awful, accident.

    I agree with you - I don't want to appear insensitive but I don't think a blanket statement of having bus monitors is the answer. children need to be told how dangerous it is to put things in their mouth. A monitor would not have been able to react any faster than the bus driver.
