Gawd, please don't elect that leftist zealot Liz Warren......
...or have all the voters who don't have their nose in the public trough, left the state?

Brown seems to be advocating for any employer, anywhere to deny health care coverage to anyone as they see fit for any arbitrary "moral" excuse.

So much for the "people's seat", eh...?

"HCR, like it or not, is the law of the land which applies to all US citizens.
Within that law is the provision which grants the HHS the power to enumerate what minimum coverage health insurance policies must contain"

Geez, and you lefties said at the time HCR was just a wee fix of the private health care system...wouldnt impact Joe Citizen with health insurance. ...

Now you unapologetically say an unelected  bureaucrat has the dictatorial power to write the details of all health insurance policies, nationwide? With no limitation?
If this isnt a government takeover of health care, dread to think what is...

All of this is one more argument to get health insurance out of the custody and control of employers.  That way you would avoid whose rights are more valuable those of the employer/provider or those of the patient/employee.
