What was that you were saying about blaming Obama for the actions of a lone IRS office?

Ever heard of a federal agency called FEMA?

Yea, did you know a State has to reequest/allow the feds to take charge of a state emergency???

The blame Obama for everything strategy works well down there.  It reminds me of the old George W Bush quote....which apparantly still works:

"You can fool some of the people all the time, and those are the ones you want to concentrate on."

Whereas the "blame Obama for nothing" strategy works well up there....as long as the government checks keep coming.

Obama, who was still a freshman U.S. Senator when the storm battered the Gulf Coast in 2005, was more responsible.

Of course he's not responsible. You'd have to step up and DO something to be responsible for it.

States dont vote, individuals do. Takers vote Democrat, makers vote Republican.

Doesnt matter what state you live in. If you are not working, and rely on government assistance, or if you are part of the fat and happy underproductive mooching public sector, you very likely vote Democrat. Felon? Democrat.

If you make a decent income and are self reliant, you likely vote Republican.

Southern so-called trailer trash, like Honey Boo Boo and her family,  vote heavily Democrat.

Well, not a lone IRS office, and plenty of smoldering rags in the corner on that one.

Get Lois Lerner to testify.  She didn't take the fifth because she was late for a tennis match.

    You're wrong.

The Fed has the ability to federalize emergency relief efforts, at anytime, in any area of the country hit by disaster.

    [/QUOTE]

I seem to recall that Bush asked the government to let FEMA in twice, and was refused, or something to that effect.

But, when, oh, when, is the left going to give up on blaming Bush for everything?  He's been out of office for nearly six years.

Time for them to step up and start laying some of this stuff on Obama, if they want to be consistent.
