2. This is why I do not watch cable networks. They do not provide "news". They provide occasionally entertaining misinformation splashed with lots of trumpts and flashy graphical nonsense....

Algeria's state news agency says that special forces have completed their operation to free hostages from a remote desert natural gas complex, partly operated by BP. A senior US official says there were a total of 10 Americans, five of whom are now safe. They do not know the status of the others.
