    Budget Defecit

Obama's proposed deficit ....  1.6 TRILLION!  Some economists think it will actually go well over 2 TRILLIONeek
Does anyone, outside obama's circle of fools, think we can borrow & spend our way out of debt/recession???
This is the most irresponsible budget in the history of the country.  Your childrens' future prospects are degenerating fast under this admin & congress....  Now they're claiming to have saved or created a job, if stimulus money was spent on raises and/or bonuses for existing employees, even if they were in no way, in danger of termination.  We used to see smoke & mirrors from admins re: spending.  This one gives us bald faced lies & arrogant, deliberate "in your face" defiance of public will.
"You don't like what we're doing??  Do the initials "TS" mean anything to you??"
Hopefully they will all remember in Nov.
For the first time in US history, it is projected that the next generation will have a lower standard of living than the current one.
Just thought you'd like to know...frown

    Gonorrhea Lectim

The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of Sexually Transmitted Disease. The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior. The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim..And pronounced "gonna re-elect ‘em."

Many victims contracted it in 2008, after having been screwed for the past two years. Naturalists and epidemiologists are amazed at how this destructive disease has become since it is easily cured....

Newt, first you guys criticize Obama for inexperience and then you claim he voted for Bush's mistakes?  He wasn't even a Senator until 2005, dummy.

So far Obama is respnsible for 787 billion of the deficit.  Bush is repsonsible for 5 tillion.  Its a really bad time to be trying to move policy forward, but lets not complian too loudly about stuff that won't happen for  years.

Here's a graph to help illustrate the situation & the future.  Of course, we may be bankrupt before the graph plays out much further, unless we take control r at least put some checks & balances in there to reign in the irresponsible idiots in Wash.

For once Obama is ahead of schedule.

"For the first time in my life I'm proud to be an American."
Ya know that really says alot about the person who spoke those words. Kinda resonates.

    Re: Budget Defecit

It doesn't get much simpler than this:

    Fiscal 2011 Budget: $3,800,000,000,000
    Fiscal 2011 Deficit: $1,300,000,000,000
Savings achieved by "tough choices": $20,000,000,000
Share of budget those savings represent: 0.5%

From a January 30 post titled Tough Choices by White House Communications Director Daniel Pfeiffer:
In the 2011 Budget we will release on Monday we terminated or reduced programs that weren't working well or duplicated efforts, some in areas that are important to the President and to the Administration.

Last year, President Obama sought to end or reduce 121 programs for a one-year savings of approximately $17 billion of which $11.5 billion was from discretionary savings. Congress approved cuts that produced a net discretionary savings of $6.8 billion, nearly 60 percent of the discretionary cuts proposed. . . . This year, we are proposing more than 120 terminations, reductions, and savings for approximately $20 billion in savings this year.
For perspective, cutting a $3.8 trillion budget by 0.5% is the equivalent of a household that spends $2,500 per month making "tough choices" that add up to $13 saved.
