Wrong.  It is a regulation by the state for private insurers to provide a servce at a cost to its insureds.  No money goes to the state therefore it is not a tax. 

And how is Obamacare th biggest tax in mankind's history?  Other countries have complete national healthcare systems. We only have a sytem of regualted porivate insurers wiith a small gerup of unisureds paying a penalty (tax) to be covered.  That is petty darn small coparatively.

Nice cut and paste. But it fails to make your point.  Make your case that Obamacare is the largest tax increase in the history of mankind.

Remember SCOTUS (not the SJC) was addressing the individual mandate as a tax on individuals not the rest of the legislation which regulated private insurers.
