    BWAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

    Sure thing chickenlittle.

Ya, it would have nothing to do with the fact that any US citizen would be going up against the most highly trained, well equiped military in the world.

Exactly what they said about the colonial forces going against the massive british army!

Or the Afgan warlords fighting the Russians!

The debt ceiling has been law since 1917.  Why not repeal it if the only plan is to raise it every time it kicks in?

And, in responce to Biden's comment, Drudge goes full godwin and posts pictures of Hitler and Stalin.

Damm, but they're not even trying any more.

Gun-rights advocates are turning out to have awfully thin skins for such macho tough guys.

I'm sure your trick of somehow taping short mags back-to-back will save you....

Okay Rambo, back to the comic books.

This is the same argument I present to those who think they can stand against governments and, in this regard you are right.  The military, FBI, are a darn sight better than locall yokels.

What I don't see is Obama, Biden, and the left addressing outright to defend ourselves in the absence of government, I.e. seconds count, police are minutes away. We do have a right to self-defense, do we not?

Biden's an idiot. He either was listening in on Obama or he is off the reservation, again.  Just like last week when he threatened to frisk search a newly elected female senator.

Vice President Biden suggested Wednesday that the White House could take unilateral action on gun control, as he kicked off a round of meetings aimed at finding ways to curb gun violence.

Sad thing is more gun control will not stop mass shootings. Only fools think gun control will curb gun violence. That isn't to say we shouldn't try, but let's not kid ourselves

Ok, ban assault rifles. Except that majority of mass shootings have been done with non-assault weapons. Majority of deaths from non-assault weapons.

You are wrong.  Look outside the country and you will see that Britain had a couple mass killings, drafted new gun regulations and has not seen such killing again and has a rate of gun homicide far below us.  Gun control works in Britain.   We can at least curb the gun violence by eliminating highly dangerous weapons and having better registration practices.  Saving even one little kid from this kind of violence is worth it.

Well...except that in countries where there are strict gun regulations..there are little to no mass murders. What I would like to know is why a Bushmaster isn't classified as an assault weapon.

I think at the very minimum..there should be tighter regulations on people who want to own guns like a Bushmaster. On the other hand..why does anyone need such a high powered weapon?
