    $16 TRILLION  Debt
    $4.00/gallon gas
    15% unemployment (real number)
    Housing in the toilet

.................all that needs to be said.

$16 trillion in debt:  Obama is putting up Reagan like deficits.  But unlike the Reagan era deficits, interest rates are low.

$4.00/gallon gas:  Jamal is crying about the free market at work

15% unemployment (real number):  in Jamal-land.  In the real world its 8.3% and falling.

Housing in the Toilet:  forbes doesn't seem to agree.  http://www.forbes.com/sites/sap/2012/08/22/4-signs-the-housing-market-is-improving/

All that needs to be written.

Majority of Republicans Doubt Theory of Evolution

    http://www.gallup.com/poll/27847/Majority-Republicans-Doubt-Theory-Evolution.aspx

From the poll taken between May 21-24, results showed that 68 percent of Republicans tended to favor the idea that humans were created in their present form about 10,000 years ago, while only 30 percent believe in the theory that humans originated from simple organisms. Independents and Democrats, on the other hand, were more likely to believe in evolution - 61 and 57 percent, respectively.

Has anyone ever seen a more schizophrenic Presidential campaign than what the GOP is currently putting on?

Mit Romney has had to turn himself inside out to disavow virtually all positions he has held in the past, some within as short a period as nine months. This, of course, assumes he has any convictions to start with, which seems doubtful.

Paul Ryan has to disavow his signature accomplishment, the Budget Proposal which dismantles Medicare, now claiming that he'll just follow Romney's lead - but there is nothing to follow.

The entire GOP party leadership is distancing itself from its own Party Platform because of the firestorm over the "legitimate rape" and "the system can just shut down" comments to justify prohibition of ALL abortions.

Republicans are so far removed from reality that they seem to inhabit a parallel universe.

Have I seen a more schizophrenic campaign than Romney?

Actually, yes.  It is called the Obama "Forward" campaign.  I sum up the campaign strategy this way.

Don't spend a second looking at what I have been doing for the last four years, because it didn't work out.

Instead, look at what I will do in my next four years by looking at the record of a president that left office 12 years ago.

    Forward?  Backward?

    sounds pretty schizophrenic to me!

I  can't believe how many still think Obama is the right choice. You'd believe anything the msm sells. Learn to think for yourself instead of following the flock.

Actually, most of what I've read show that many believe that he is just the least worst choice of the two.

Romney has had 9 months of primaries and a summer to make his case, and he has yet to cement the deal.  A non-existent convention bounce doesn't help.

Two months to go...and his window on the presidency-as-his-birthright is rapidly closing....

Hey spanky, in 1960 only 14 states held primaries.
But I guess in your whacko wingnut alternate reality that constitutes a majority.

Although Kennedy had only competed in nine presidential primaries, Kennedy's rivals, Johnson and Symington, failed to campaign in any primaries....from 1936 to 1968, 12 states used them.

In the week before the convention opened, Kennedy received two new challengers when Lyndon B. Johnson, the powerful Senate Majority Leader from Texas, and Adlai Stevenson, the party's nominee in 1952 and 1956, officially announced their candidacies.

Ya might want to study up on your U.S. history.
Slapping you around on facts is tedious and boring.
