Has an activist Supreme Court delivered a president?

Before the loyal opposition here starts to "protesteth too much", stop and think.  This is a trick question.

You were burned first, if you believed the stuff you said here way back when, even lately, as loyal tea partiers, starting back in Iowa, when Mr. Romney "won" and then "rolled into New Hampshire with the momentum of Iowa behind him!"  But it was the money talking, then and ever since.  Turned out he hadn't actually beaten the real conservatives.  The Republican Establishment then went on to extinguish and then expunge - even with some violence, as in Oklahoma - the last real hopes (Mr. Santorum, Dr. Paul, even Mr. Gingrich) of the true believers here, all but our Virginian "and" msobstinate.

And the conservatives will be burned last.  Democrats and the vast "left" will have lost once.  You will lose over and over again.  For The Republican Establishment, it wasn't about your taxes, the debt, the deficit, getting rid of Planned Parenthood, protecting The Catholic Church.  They were useful.  And so were you.  It was about the marbles.

President Romney, brought to you by the United States Supreme Court.

Firewind just can't wait to repeal the First Amendment, inconvenient as it is..

Of course, Obama outspent McCain two to one in 2008, Obama got more Wall Street contributions than any candidate in history. Somehow, this didnt upset the liberals...

It all stems from the liberal economic belief that you can get something for nothing because you are entitled to it.

Banks, Wall St.  evil.  except the ones that contribute to Obama.  those are enlightened bankers.

    There WILL be Greg.

The election may end tomorrow... maybe not.

The court challenges in every close state could go on for months.

It will make Fat Boy Gore/Bush challenge look like peanuts.

I found the 2000 chalenges to be excellent lessons in the Constitution.  I was rather surprised Al Gore needed the lesson, but he got one.

Jenny Craig or sex addict therapy?

Either way.. don't you see the tidal wave of challenges on the horizon?

The election itself becomes an anti climax.

I fear we are only headed for more national division.

Strange how the divisivness has emerged from the left, you know, the make love not war crowd.

Containment.  A version of Machiavelli's, "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer," for when they need to open the floodgates to their billion dollar investors, and need the debt and deficit to go away.

It's what the investors, The Republican Establishment, have bought each step of the way.  The first was to appoint their activist court.  And one of which was the "carpet bombing" of the primaries and caucuses.

Beside the point.  Rather, it's to draw attention past the election to the brave new world the foot soldiers here will have helped to create, and the unintended consequences.  It's they (except our Virginians) who lose first and last.

But the point doesn't have to be made here.  Watch.
