    Tell the poeple losing jobs every day the economy is in a recovery. Its not about politics or numbers it's about the reality!!!

    The economy is addiing jobs not losing them.  Even in a good economy companies shed jobs for a variety of factors that have literally nothing to do with the broader economy.  Hostess comes to mind as a good example.  Thousands of jobs lost not because of the recession that ended a couple years ago, but because of bad management and debt.

    lol, the economy needs to add 550,000 jobs a month just to keep up with the people entering the work force!!

    adding 120,000 just means 430,000 more people do not have jobs availble!

    You can't hold someone's feet to fire when the basis for the criticism is inaccurate.  I didn't say everything was peachy and we are back to full employment or at least an unemplyment rate of 5% percent or below.

    Recession, like most words, has a definition.  Definition of recession: A period of general economic decline; typically defined as a decline in GDP for two or more consecutive quarters.
