Re: John Boehner is so concerned about sequestration that he won't allow a vote on a bill which would stop it

"Tonight marks the third time this year that House Republicans have refused to take up a Democratic substitute to the sequester while failing to put forth their own sequester alternative."

Inside baseball, a spinning curve to the Far Left, as usual.  A Democratic substitute no doubt full of massive tax increases.

At a press conference on Tuesday morning, House speaker John Boehner told reporters that the House has already moved two bills that would avert the consequences of the automatic cuts, and it’s the higher chamber’s turn to have a go at it. “We should not have to move a third bill before the Senate gets off their a** and begins to do something,” he said.
