OK, Newtster, we can try this again:  Do you stand by this title and post?

And to others who might be inclined to answer the OP: Look closely at what he says first.

Had they been given a warning maybe the staff at the consulate in Benghazi could have been taken to a safe house since the Consulate is basically indefensible.

No fair giving hints, DirtyWaterLover.  Let's give him a chance - or rope - however he takes it.

US media loves Big O, if you want the truth read the foreign papers and follow foreign outlets on twitter. You'll see the things the msm here won't show.

The Whitehouse- Carney tells us that 'This is not a case of protests directed at the United States writ large or at U.S. policy, this is in response to a video that is offensive to Muslims'

Re: Libyan Embassy Attack: Obama Administration ignored warnings 48 hours before the attack

The attack that killed four Americans in Libya, including the U.S. ambassador, was an organized two-part operation by heavily armed militants that included a precisely timed raid on a supposedly secret safe house just as Libyan and U.S. security forces were arriving to rescue evacuated consulate staff, a senior Libyan security official said on Thursday.

El-Sharef, who was running the Interior Ministry's operations room commanding security forces in the city, gave The Associated Press an account of the night's chaotic events.

The crowd built at the consulate - a one-story villa surrounded by a large garden in an upscale Benghazi neighborhood - in several stages, he said. First, a small group of gunmen arrived, then a crowd of civilians angry over the film. Later, heavily armed men with armored vehicles, some with rocket-propelled grenades, joined, swelling the numbers to more than 200.

The gunmen fired into the air outside the consulate. Libyan security guarding the site pulled out because they were too few. "We thought there was no way for the protesters to storm the compound, which had fortified walls," he said.

    BWAAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

    Yep, sure thin moron.

Oh gawd you pathetic wingnuts are getting desperate.

So now you idiots are hanging your pointy hats on a one sentence blurb in a foreign newspaper.

Ya, why would youbelieve a Congressman from your own wingnut party?

Yep, you wingnuts are like Pavlov's dog niping at any bullsiat, no matter how flimsy or unsourced.

Ya, you cowards go with that. Can't wait for you poltroons to be proved wrong...again!

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers (R-MI)

BLITZER: Was there any chatter as they say or any indication that something like this was about to happen at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi?

ROGERS: You know, we didn't get the warning you would hope to get in an event like this, so we could have prevented the loss of life, and you know, with a horrible tragedy for losing a U.S. ambassador Mr. Stevens. We think that we'll be able to go back and take a look. Again, we're going to rescrub all of that.

That's what unfortunately we'll need to do to make sure that we didn't miss anything. But I don't believe so. I don't believe there was some smoking gun that was missed leading up to this. And there wasn't that kind of chatter that would lead you to believe that this event was happening on this day with this specific target.

I didn't see anything like that. I don't think our intelligence services have.

Yep, keep up the lying wingnuts, it's the only thing you pathetic poltroons are able to do.

Once you guttersnipes get your hackles up you won't even believe the facts from your own rep on the intelligence committee.

Ya'll are like the lynch mob in Libya.

The Facts of the Attack in Benghazi
    Are Far Worse Than Reported

    Matt Bruce, NMJ News

According to highly trusted sources, US Ambassador Christopher Stevens was targeted by al Qaeda of the Magreb, lured to Benghazi by al Qaeda operatives in the Libyan Security Forces, and kidnapped in the course of a diversionary attack on the consulate. He was missing for eight hours, during which time he was beaten and brutalized before he was murdered, not unlike the way that Muammar Ghadhaffi was murdered. Photographs are too graphic to reproduce here.

The Obama Administration was actually warned that "possible" attacks were looming on the 11th anniversary of September 11th as soon as September 4th during a White House Intel briefing run by National Security Advisor, Tom Donilon.

Extremely sensitive documents were taken from the Consulate in Benghazi, including lists of operatives and locations of safe houses in Libya. One of these so-called "safe house" in Benghazi, where the staff had retreated, came under sustained mortar fire during the attack. Other such refuges across the country are no longer considered to be "safe," because of the capture of the documents. It is now assumed that a breach in security led to the attack, which was carried out on the eleventh anniversary of the September 11, 2001, al Qaeda attacks on the United States.

Supporters of Tehreek Hurmat e Rasool hold placards as they shout slogans during a protest against an anti-Islam video, in Lahore, Pakistan, 14 September 2012. The Pakistani parliament passed a resolution on 13 September condemning an anti-Islamic video that has sparked outrage across the Muslim world, and urged the US to take appropriate action. Lawmakers expressed their anger hours after the Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the video had hurt the people of Pakistan and Muslims across the world. (Credit: EPA)

I guess someone wasn't happy with the Colonel's secret recipe.

I like how the angry Muslims are so enraged by the anti-islam video that they can calmly stand there and take pictures with their smart phone.  Yep, all muslim are clearly outraged and rioting.

The photos are the best illustration of what's wrong with this thread, right from the very top, and what's wrong with the loyal opposition's whole handling of its loyal opposition.  And they still don't see it.
