    Sorry to tell this guy, but it is war and they do not have to charge anyone, American citizen or not, with a crime. They can just kill him as an enemy combatant and anyone else who gets harmed is a casualty of war or "collateral damage" like some kid in Normandy in WWII

    Complicating the whole mess is that Congress has ceded so much power to the executive that they do nothing even when Hillary Clinton tells them F U if they didn't authorize the use of force in Libya.

    Is it really a state of war or not. Reality says yes. Legality says maybe not??
