nobody needs to attack Obamacare....it's doing a great job all by itself as a disaster....when the unions are protesting a dem idea that THEY supported, you know its not good....
Tell that to the people who now have insurance who were denied earlier.
The law is working and will continue to do so as it's phased in.
The law is working...liberals made no secret that the purpose of ObamaCare was to destroy the private sector health care industry, leading inevitably to single payer Government health care..the more of a train wreck ObamaCare is, the sooner the "crisis" would result in a Government takeover.
So ObamaCare is working!
Destroy private sector health insurance..??? You must be joking. "Obamacare" does the exact opposite...thus the reason why many on the far left oppose it as well.
You can't possibly have any interactions on the business side of a hospital or some other healthcare organization.
Even before Obamacare, the government dominated the industry with regulations. They owned a huge piece of it all too with VA, Medicare and Medicaid.
The government controls the billing codes. The government tells them they have to treat people in the emergency room even if they have nn medical emergency and no money to pay for treatment.
That's just the tip of the iceberg. And we haven't even started talking Obamacare.
You are right. Thanks for reminding us of this perspective.
Health care and healthcare insurance was somewhat broken before Obamacare, largely due to government regulation and interference.
So, what is the progressive response to this problem of too much government in healthcare? More government.
What the progressives are telling us is that it is our inability to mold ourselves to their worldview that is the problem, and therefore need to be restricted further, not their 50 year long march of regulation and control over healthcare.
