    http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2012/12/09/277127/3000-us-troops-secretly-return-to-iraq/

Over 3,000 US troops have secretly returned to Iraq via Kuwait for missions pertaining to the recent developments in Syria and northern Iraq, Press TV reports.

According to our correspondent, the US troops have secretly entered Iraq in multiple stages and are mostly stationed at Balad military garrison in Salahuddin province and al-Asad air base in al-Anbar province.
Reports say the troops include US Army officers and almost 17,000 more are set to secretly return to Iraq via the same route.

Actually, NO, 12's point is something you shuld consider.  The source for this claim is state run Iranian news.

Official reports from numerous US media sources indicate only 400 troops have received a deployment order to Turkey, not Iraq.  And if 20,000 troops had been mobilized it wouldn't be a secret.  But here you guys are parroting this as the truth.  Why is that?  Do you beleive the state run Iranian press is trust worthy?

So is Oh No happy troops are being sent to Iraq or upset?

The troops seem to be heading to Iraq because of the situation in Syria.  Sending troops to the Middle East is always a tricky situation even if they are there for pure humanitarian reasons.

But I thought the Righties wanted troops in Iraq as well as every other country they can think of.

Obama was bad when he took troops out of Iraq and now he's bad because troops are going back to Iraq?  Please make up your minds.

They gain from it by putting out an English language, professional looking, organization that observers won't immediately discount because it lacks a proper website or decent production values on the TV side.  Meanwhile they exercise full editorial control including pushing what stories are covered, how they are covered, and and even censorship of stories they feel are damaging to their interests.  It doesn matter that most people in the US won't ever see this and the ones that do will see through it immediately, the US market isn't their target.  Its nothing more than a self reinforcing and self perpetuating dynamic, a bubble, if you will to make sure the news is properly sanitized.

perhaps but, the fact is; the "investigative media" in thw USA is very poor!

Many big stories related to the USA are published by foriegn media way before the US media gets a clue!

Unless it has to do with Lindsey Lohan or some other would be celebrity then they are all over it!!
