Obama said that the day after the attach he called it an Act of Terror.  Romney over and over again asked Obama to confirm the he called it an Act of Terror.  Romney used the term Act of Terror in the debate.  Romney basically called Obama a liar and said Obama never called it an Act of Terror.

Obama clearly called it an Act of Terror.  There is no disputing it.  Romney was clearly wrong.

If you have to parse your words you're on the losing side of the answer.

Yes he did insert that quick phrase into a 4 minute speech talking about a mod action driven by the stupid movie.

His message was that an angry driven mob (not their fault but the faullt of the stupid movie) caused this mob to get out of control and commit an act of terror.

All the while they knew there was no mob movie reaction protest and that there were two distinct waves of attack using automatic and RPG weapons.  Our government watched via satellite and drone images and had confirmation on the ground of what was going on.  That was the lie.

That's what we've been trying to tell you. But go head. Continue to prove just how dishonest and utterly not moderate you are. Parse away:

And then last night, we learned the news of this attack in Benghazi.

As Americans, let us never, ever forget that our freedom is only sustained because there are people who are willing to fight for it, to stand up for it, and in some cases, lay down their lives for it.  Our country is only as strong as the character of our people and the service of those both civilian and military who represent us around the globe.

No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for.

Charlene Lamb, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Programs, said in her prepared testimony (.pdf) that she had a firm grasp on what happened in Benghazi, starting mere moments after the mission came under assault. ”When the attack began, a Diplomatic Security agent working in the tactical operations center immediately… alerted the annex U.S. quick reaction security team stationed nearby … and the Diplomatic Security Command Center in Washington. From that point on, I could follow what was happening in almost real-time,” Lamb explained.

Funny, not one mention of drone overflights or sattelite images.

So you are, in fact, a fvcking liar.

    Thanks for clearing that up.

    You should know better.

Col. David Hunt (US Army Ret.) recently pointed out during a radio interview that as soon as the “Alert Button” in the Libyan Consulate was pushed at the start of the terrorist attack, dozens of monitoring stations around the world were notified and immediately started receiving live-feed video and audio from the scene.

Hunt noted that SOP protocol dictates that the POTUS, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, the heads of the CIA, FBI, and like agencies be immediately informed of the situation. In short, The Powers That Be knew very quickly what was happening in Libya—the question is who decided to distort and spin it—and why.
