The NRA & the republican party are in trouble

And it's their own fault. They have been riding the wave of gun-nut craziness and scrooge-like policies towards the middle class, the disabled and the elderly.  Not even Faux News can help them now.

Agree thatthey are in trouble, disagree on why.

The reason the republicans are in trouble is that they are pursuing an agenda that tracks what the democrats are doing, rejecting the sound conservative principles that could heal our divide and put us on a sound footing, financially, and morally.

They've been rejecting sound conservative principles since Reagan; and using conservative ideology as an excuse for something else. It's called greed.

    More epistemic closure.

Can we take your guns away now?  Because the warning signs are piling up.

Greed figures in it for sure.  They are modelling the Democrats on that one.

True conservative values are not greedy.  They are sound.

Warning signs?  The only warning sign here is that the liberals turned all the crazies out to walk the streets.  That's the warning sign blinking right in front of your fat, liberal, union, socialist face.

In trouble how? Are they being sent to bed without dinner?

    No pudding for desert.

Funny how with all these tragedies the left never turns up the right-wing nut jobs they always claim.  They always seem to be troubled liberals who have stolen/taken guns from law abiding citizens.

    Getting angry, eh...?

If you get any more unhinged, we'll need to revoke your gun privileges, too.

Your wild, unsubstantiated claims and insults are laughable, though.  Please continue.

Like you have any clue what those might be.

There's nothing remotely "conservative" about blind devotion to a 2nd Amendment regardless of the consequences.
