So I guess you're going to keep whining for another 4 years. Great. Hopefully we'll get the ignore button back at some point during that time. Love it or leave it Bill, love or leave it.

    In response to softlaw's comment:

oh well, no harm done. heres to hoping in the morning marijuana will be legal in 3 states (not NY though :sad face:) It took mental giants and an electorate of patriots to conceive and establish the greatest economic power in the history of the world. Demagogues pandering ever expanding entitlements to an ever increasing national electorate of mental midgets has bankrupted a Nation pathetically printing and borrowing money at record levels to sustain the massive federal government entitlement expansion. On the morning after, the "woodstock" generation and it's progeny are a national electorate intoxicated with the shrill and strident drone of a utopian promising demagogue, who has abandoned the shout about jobs and opportunities, and increased the volume on entitlement. A demagogue who delusionally protests that the Nation is not polarized, despite the fact that the national electorate and the individual States are virtually equally divided and more polarized than four years ago when the demagogue was first elected. Four years later, here we are, with the same childish whine about "the people have spoken and want us to work together to get things done". Get what done? Hope to increase federal revenue with tax increases so that the ponzi scheme of promised entitlements to your electorate can be kicked a few more years down the road? The ideology of expansion of entitlements will collapse in the arms of default. The price is an unstable bankrupt Nation with a power vacuum that render common men as subjects and Wards of the State. The founding fathers fought against a central power with unlimited authority to tax the people. It is no surprise that this Nation finds itself in fiscal free fall with a federal government that continues to seek more private property and usurp individual liberty in favor of government administered entitlements. In the battle of free enterprise and opportunity versus entitlement, entitlement appeals to some of man's worst emotions. An intoxicated utopian seeking "woodstock" generation of mental midgets proudly have their delusional dreams being trumpeted by their own socially engineered federal identity and economic class political project. That his national collectivist campaign would be waged on economic class jealousy and federal ethnic and sexual class idenity is truly the province of small-minded fools. In order to seek political power, the leftists have run on the politics of division. Today, despite the euphoria from the national election, that political pwoer is hanging by the tattered thread of entitlement promises to those who responded to the call for revengeful identity politics.

In the end, nothing changed on the state of the federal government. And despite the electorates priority of free birth control, legalized dope (it should be legal) amnesty, same-sex marriage, free abortions on demand, and delivery of entitlements, the current holders of the power of appropriations will now continue with the cause of seeking entitlement and federal spending reform and, as the branch closest to The People, is charged with the duty and authority to investigate the "Fast and Furious" and Lybyan Embassy scandals involving the current administration and the murders of American citizens.

    Ever heard of paragraphs, genius?

No one is going to read that.

While I totally disagree with Obama's political philosophy, I am hoping he will have the sense to reasonably address the problem of our massive debt. Impeachment is a long shot, IMO. If he continues on the same path, we must rely on Congress to counterbalance him.

Ted Nugent on election: "Goodluk [sic] America ... "

Even though Twitter isn't known as a stronghold of good grammar and proper spelling, Ted Nugent's election message would have been somewhat better received had he made an effort to write and spell correctly. The biggest difference between Donald Trump's rant and Ted Nugent's diatribe is that Trump's message was easy to read while Nugent's was in need of a bit more deciphering. Here are some of the tweets sent by Ted Nugent on the election with their grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors intact:
