But the narrative is Obama did?
It was Bush who proposed the 17B for them in Sept 2008.

Yea ok, Its not that american car manufacturers produced crap for years and expected people to buy it just because it was " American Made" the auto industry stabbed it self repeatedly in the chest and they needed us to get them some help. -
