    Wearing jeans (Sup mom)

    Throwing baseballs

Wrestling bears (Putin is good at this)

Dribbling a basketball with his right hand (that guy ALWAYS goes left.  Fitting)

The graph for the number of public sector employees is quite misleading, because it includes state and local workers.

Obama's policies have grabbed power to the DC bureaucracy, and taken it from state and local Governments.

The number of federal workers have increased under Obama, even taking into account that the Postal Service is losing workers (the unions are still keeping way too many on the payroll, given the use of email)...

The numbers dont reflect the raw power;  the federal Government and DC bureaucracy is taking over our lives.....out of control agencies such as the IRS and EPA abuse citizens , the new ObamaCare bureaucracy shows the statist if not socialist bent of the Democratic left....

How one can look at one chart and claim Obama 's economic policy is a success, is borderline delusional.

Obama has presided over the worst recovery from a recession since the 1930s....his failed stimulus and cash for clunkers disaster are pathetic.

He succeeded in getting 50 million on food stamps, millions on Soc Sec disability, and the highest percentage in decades of people not working....

.....and Obama cant throw a baseball worth squat. He couldnt make the roster on my softball team, and my standards arent very high.

Other than grants for local pet projects, of course.

Yeah, he's done great.  The economy is booooooming! New college graduates must be feeling lucky they were born to come out  to this job market!

When are we scheduled to end the War on Poverty??? Nobody needs Food Stamps any more. When are we going to retire that?

Public housing? Don't need that any more too, right?

That Lifeline program that gives out those Obama phones? Guess we can shelve that.

Schools are doing great pumping out all those scientists and engineers. Zuckerberg and his pals won't need any more H1b visa nonsense. DOn't need those charter schools either - Obama had that all figured out.

    And these businesses:

    1. Home mortgage
    2. Student loans
    3. Re-insurance
    4. Automobiles
    5. Healthcare
    6. Healthcare insurance
    7. Banking

Yeah government totally out of those now

ObamaCare is nothing if not a massive transfer of authority from states to the federal Government. That aspect is what the Supreme Court found unconstitutional, and allowed states the authority to refuse the "bargain" of temporary federal dollars.

Its a good thing all those two term republicans solved those problems when they held office.  Oh wait, the housing market imploded under Bush, student loans grw out of control due to massive give aways to the free market, Detroit automakers went bancrupt, healthcare was never going to get a much needed overhaul, neither was insurance, and banking - lol the bankers created the housing crisis and then we had to give them hundreds of billions of dollars to cover their bets.  What did the GOPers do to mitigate ANY of those things.  Oh, right they started a war in Iraq because they couldn't spell Iran.

    I dispute the bolded part.

The Supreme Court restored soverignty to the states via the medicaid expansion, so that point is moot.

The law gives states great leeway in setting up their own exchanges; it's not the fed's fault if states decide not to give consumers more choice in insurers.

States still decide which insurers can operate in their states and set their own regs about rates.

100% of medicaid expansion for the first 3 years, plus 90% thereafter isn't a bargain...?

The 5.8 million low-income folks who could have got medicaid in those states might disagree.

Interesting question.  So, based on the Constitution which grants all powers not explicitly granted to the federal government to the states, I'd say about 90% percent of the laws that have been enacted by the federal government since the beginning of the 20th century have taken power away from the states.

    Re: Worst socialist evah!!

The Obama administration has flagrantly abused the Endanged Species Act to federalize issues long left to states and local Governments...

    March 31:

The Obama Administration is under fire from critics, state governments, and lawmakers for yet another federal “overreach” and abuse of power after it unveiled plans for a massive land grab across five states under the guise of protecting the “lesser prairie chicken.” Analysts and opponents of the scheme say the controversial decision to declare the bird “threatened” could unleash major damage against property rights, oil exploration, energy, farming, ranching, jobs, development, industry, states’ rights, the U.S. Constitution, and more. Affected state officials and lawmakers, though, are already considering their options to fight back.

It affects about 40 million square acres — more than 62,500 square miles, or about 25 times the size of Delaware for perspective — across five states: Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Kansas. Much of the land is privately owned.

State officials, though, are attacking the scheme from all angles — particularly the administration’s latest abuse of the increasingly well-known “sue and settle” scam. Under the controversial tactic, employed primarily to defraud taxpayers and expand government power, federal agencies such as the EPA, the Fish and Wildlife Service, and countless other rogue outfits collude with radical special-interest groups.

Of course, the federal government already claims to “own” about half of all land west of the Mississippi River — but that is apparently not enough. “Hungry for more, the Obama administration is poised to make the largest land grab in modern history, and to do so covertly,” observed an editorial in the free market-oriented Daily Bell by liberty-minded columnist Wendy McElroy the day before the formal announcement about the chicken was made public. “The land grab is being engineered in a manner that has become a signature of the Obama administration: quietly, autocratically and by sidestepping established restraints.”

Yeah, I guess Obama is a capitalist now.

Did I say anything about Bush?? I don't think so.

Did Obama do anything to undo any of that? No. Did he contribute to more of it instead?

    Yes.

Even worse, he let the banskters go un-investigated, un-indicted and unpunished ALL UNDER HIS WATCH.

So it really isn't the libruls fault, it's the history of the wingnut party that is at fault.

    Thanks for clearing that up.

So when you wingnuts talk about "Obama's recession" you're really talking about the wingnut recession.

    Got it.

The recession ended in 2009. What we have since then is Obama failure.
