    Sexual harassment in middle and high school

    A survey released today says sexual harassment is pervasive in middle and high schools across our country.

    From the story: During the 2010-11 school year, 48 percent of students in grades 7-12 experienced some form of sexual harassment in person or electronically via texting, email and social media, according to a major national survey released today by the American Association of University Women.

    A friend of mine has a 13 year-old son who was receiving inappropriate texts from a girl and my friend reported it to the principal. All the parents got involved and the girl stopped what she was doing. My friend was glad her son confided in her about it.
