In Response to Where kids eat free:Engine House Pizza, Lafayette Street in Salem. Every Tuesday from 5-8pm when accompanied by an adult spending $6.99 or more. Kids eat free of the kids menu...pizza, homemade chicken tenders, spaghetti and meatballs, etc. -

A great deal is Red Rock Bistro in Swampscott. Great adult food and atmosphere and kids eat free Sunday - Thursday. -

Kids eat free with an adult entree every Monday and Tuesday nights at the Halfway Cafe in Dedham, Canton, Marlborough, Watertown, Holbrook, and Maynard.
I saw a banner hanging outside the Miller Ale House in Watertown that says kids eat free every day in November.
