Thought I'd share this one, it got a good chuckle out of me.

While the Leafs were losing to Washington the other night, someone suggested that Burke simply create a player and max out all his attributes.

Another poster said he tried that, but Kevin Lowe went and signed him to an offer sheet.  Burke was not pleased.

On another thought, I know this would never happen, but just for the sake of the conversation, would you consider giving the Leafs back their first rounder if it meant they would also take on our needed salary dump, if they return either Schenn and/or Kardi, their only two blue chip prospects.   So something like Ryder, Paille, TO's first for Schenn?

Not saying I want to do it, just thinking about how valuable that pick is and how we might use it to facilitate a salary dump while still getting back a valuable asset.
