    thomas leads bruins back to 1st

    after a tough start and lots of injuries it looks like the b's are headed back to first place and much of the credit for this has to go to timmy thomas who came back from an injured hand to backstop the bruins to back to back wins. timmy thomas and the bruins should be rounding into top form come middle winter and spring.

    He came pretty close to extending his league leading shut outs to 4 last night. Made a beauty save going from right to left last night......lunging to rob the Tampa player of a sure goal. Classic Thomas.

    Again this year, it looks that the B's have a great tandem in net. I think that bodes very well for them.


    The team continues to ramp there play.......lets hope the trend continues.

    Yes he deserved a shut out, maybe he will save it for Mon and Rask will grab the W against the Leafs in BtB games.

    December month should give us a head up on the division if we continue play of late. TO 3 times, a chance to fight for our #1 pick.

    To all the Thomas detractors they should watch the first period of last nights game against the Lightning. He was phenomenal! 

    Thomas is a fighter and will get better in big games like Chris Osgood did. Osgood took allot of criticism early on in his career then turned it around by finally winning the big game.

    TT has only had 2-3 bad games all year. How come you only post negative threads
    even though the team has been playing much better lately?

    You gotta love Timmy T. The more people count this guy out the more he proves them wrong.He scares the hell out me with some of the things he does but you can't argue with his #s.Nice to have Rask as our backup, by far the best tandem in the league. THANK AGAIN LEAFS FOR RASK.

    Much ofthe credit has to go to Rask as well.He stepped in and played beautifully when the B's had some major injuries.
