    although it does make your life easier but I'll take 5 on 5 anyday !

    back to wht happens when you rely on PP to win games. BTW Bookboy called this when the Bruins lost against the Caps at the end of the season.

    Keep in mind that the B's were on pseudo powerplays when they scored theirlast  two goals in regulation with Rask pulled.

    I think the Bruins should play 6 on 5 more often.

    guys my intention was not talk about the Bruins on the PP,  it was more about how insignificant PPs can be in the playoffs and teams like the Habs , Caps that relied on that in the season died in the playoffs.

    Well teams with strong PPs like Pittsburgh and Chicago are still going strong...but that's probably more because of superior talent too.

    yes for sure they have good PPs but if they relied only on the PP in the playoffs they might not have past the 1st round or maybe lose in the 2nd.
