Pens scored three in the third, last one being an EN and beat the Leafs 3-1. That's four losses in a row for Toronto.

Jmw.. I watched the last 10 minutes to see if Pittsburgh would make another comeback...More evidence again tonite that Crosby is the best player on the planet... The compete level this guy has every game is just a treat to watch... Kunitz and Dupuis must thank their lucky stars every night .... Imagine if this guy had real snipers on his wings...

Nope it's just a random comment. Hagelin's a decent player. He's got fast feet and he seems to work hard. -

Made me think of when Price got nailed in warm-up before the 2-1 Bruin win in Montreal. I read an article about goalies using cups that sometimes shift leaving that zone protection free or cause the edge of the protector to be driven into the groin. Either way it's time to cough. -

True. Both Rangers and NYI are right behind being 3 and 4 points back respectively. -

With Lecavalier out, their second line is now Malone-Thompson-Purcell. With the reasonably effective scoring second line they had now gone, they may dig too deep of a hole to climb back out.
8 points back of the Canes with Carolina having 2 games in hand - they've already dug a pretty deep hole. They play the Isles today and Canes Saturday. With Carolina also playing the Caps today, and the Jets having back-to backs on Saturday and Sunday, I'm pretty sure we'll know if the SE bottom feeders have any hope at all by Monday.
Ahem...I'm flip flopping anf joining you too. Getting shut out by the Islanders has to be the tipping point. A lot of talent wasted there.
