I've never been to California but I love Pittsburgh. It's a nice city.

Pitt is nice but nothing beats the pacific ocean...it is what it is.

Probably in tears he has to leave the west coast for Pennsylvania......

Love there ballpark! Offense isn't opening up at all Mon-Pitt. 1-0 rags over the team that needs to play .750 hockey to get in, not gonne happen. Hope New York get the 8th seed.

I'm secretly hoping the Flyers sneak in somehow. They always seem to have the Pens number and would give them a tough first round....

It's hard for me to root for Piitsburgh even if it is against the Habs. 1-0 on a beauty by Crosby.

Price did nothing wrong there, had the angle cut off and of course Crosby found a spot.

He's quite a player. Habs have been playing quite well but the Pens don't need a huge opening to change a game.

Yep...to bad Prust wasn't injured. He would have put Cooke in his place. Moen has been a ghost this season, must be playing hurt.

They just showed the replay and Gionta stopped with Kennedy hitting Fleury, no shove or push. Of course Bob Errey, sad act of all NHL announcers, answers "Well Gionta had to have done something ha ha".

Flames down 1-0 to the Hawks nearing the end of the first....another nail in the coffin that is their season.

Are you watching Feaster or are you too busy smoking cubans and sipping three fingers of single malt scotch in the coprorate room?

JM, I should've added earlier that Dreger was speculating that Feaster has been ready to rebuild for years now and it's ownership that is gun shy.

Really? I take that back then.

Mr. Feaster, please enjoy your cuban cigar and three fingers of single malt scotch in the corporate room this gentle eve.

Good luck with the possible rebuild and good night kind sir.

Leafs beat Florida 3-2.  InvisiPhil, against the Bruins, had two assists.  Lupul had two more goals.

Well, it looks like the Pens have figured out the Habs. On to the Flames and Hawks.

I don't blame ownership for being afraid to deal the face of the franchise. Risky business.

When Lupol plays a full season he is going to rack up some goals.

True.  He missed 25 games with a broken forearm, San but he's returned with a bang.  Speed, physicality and scoring.

If you get a chance check out Shawn Matthias' nice deke that led to his goal going in off a Leaf D-guy's skate.

Flyers just make a game of it. 3-2 for NYR with 14 minutes to go.

    It was 3-0 BTW.
