Eller, Gionta and Pacioretty all reported to be out w/ injuries tonight. A difficult task in beating the Sens just got harder.

Wow,did not get to watch the whole game, other than the much publicized Eller hit there obviously were some others as well. All of the series so far have been hard hitting, especially the Stl/LA.

    Brutal commentary. Booooooooooooooooooo !

    Edit:

P.S. Just read the comments from last night. Three posts of yours on this thread referred to the refs.

Is your hockey viewing ever about the players or do you solely concentrate on the striped shirts ? Oh and btw did I mention to you............booooooooooooooooooo with your posts !

    Laughing

Sorry it's not entertaining you.  Refs are part of the game and open to comment .  Again, nothing to do with the Bruns,  just officiating in general.  For the record, I think more than 70% of my posts are not about the refs )and replying to someone about their post on refs does not count ) Tongue Out

The refs though for the Blues-Kins game were amazing for letting them play,  at least from the 2nd period on when I started watching.

For the record that's 30% of the time.

    Here's food for thought :

Officiating in sports ? It's their profession and they're the best in the world at what they do. They also make errors in their decisions. That's a given.

That kind of suggests that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get every call right when they are plying their trade at ice level. They don't have the benefit of slowing the game down or to make a judgement call based on replays as we as fans are fortunate to have.

There is no one on the planet who wouldn't make mistakes in calling a game.

    Human error..........live with it.

Can't wait for this Sens/Habs game.  I really think MacLean was out of line with his comments.  I am going to have a hard time not rooting for the Habs tonight.

Bug eyed fat walrus is about as funny as it gets.

So..no Gionta, Eller or "Patches" for the Habs.

That's a full line out. Sens have to take advantage of this....

The line going around, apparently, is "P(retends he's) K(arlsson) Subban".

43 seconds in in Pitt - E. Malkin (1) from J. Iginla (2).  And at the 2:23 mark, they went back on the PP.

C'mon, Isles - you're too young to know you should lose to Pingu!

I truly think the only Senator Cole knows by name is Alfredsson.

He might also know what Spezza looks like but unfortunately for Bob he is still injured.

Prust makes another boneheaded play by putting his hand on the puck, penalty......is he an Ottawa mole per chance because he is doing his best to make his team lose.
