    Bergeron hurt?

I don't remember seeing a single play that might have done  it... but NBC showed numerous collisions. He skated at least one shift later in the third but he wasn't out for the final minute which is bad.

I was wondering why he wasn't on the ice for the final minute.....is it the last drop to our cup of sh*t ???? An injury to Bergy ? !

If he didn't play at THE critical time today...I honestly doubt he'll be in tomorrow.

It's not just him, not one single Bruin has had an impact in this series.

Watch the hi-lights. It will come up somewhere tonight where he gets and elbow to the head.
This series is almost done for the Bruins if he has a concussion and does not return.
Will we finally see the Bruins organization whine to the league for elbows the Caps threw on Chara and Bergeron?

Chara and Seidenberg have played well.

There is one, Seidenberg. By far the best Bruin.

If Bergeron is out today, that would be a massive loss for the B's.

    Who replaces him?

Any chance CJ/PC would dress Spooner?  Has worked out pretty well for the Sens with Mark Stone (1 game/ 1 assist) and the Blackhawks with Brandon Saad (2 games/ 1 assist).  Probably sounds a little crazy, but he might be the spark the team could use, certainly could help the PP.

Doesn't mean you couldn't also dress Caron.  #22 to the press-box as the team's top cheerleader for the afternoon?

    Re: Bergeron hurt?

If Bergy doesn't play, my guess would be:

    Lucic-Krejci-Seguin
    Marchand-Kelly-Peverly
    Caron-Rolston-Pouliot
    Thornton-Campbell-Paille

Could be worse, but Bergeron is the heart and soul of the Bs offense. They can win one or two games without him, but I'm not sure they could win a series without him.

    Re: Bergeron hurt?

Let's hope not. Bergie is the heart of the team, and a constant catalyst. Others, like Chara, continue to make mistakes like pounding on OVie. Sure Ovie deserves it, bu the embellishment sends Chara to the box. Thornton continues to screw up, and Claude repplaces him with Pouliot who ,so far, has faded into the sideboards, and skate at half speed. Claude is losing the coaching battle, and Hunter is no knowledgeable tactician.

Not much of an impact in terms of points, but he has been a rock in the faceoff circle.  - until he got rocked by OV.

I agree Bergeron would be a HUGE loss... but he hasn't shown up on the scoresheet where it matters.
