The between periods stuff has gotten so bad, it's honestly unwatchable. I put it on mute and do something else for 18 minutes. I just can't take any of them.

I kind of like Jaffe, although I agree that analogy is stupid. He actually has a sense of humor and is better than most people between periods, I think.

That said, living in the mountain time zone I am almost always watching on tivo delay so I have the great pleasure of fast-forwarding right through the intermissions. That's one perk of having the games start at 5:00 p.m. I guess.

Seriously.....Intermission player interviews are a waste of time. So stupid and its the same thing. "So tell me about your goal" What do you have to do to get back into the game" So and so made a great play to get me the puck and I put it in an empty net.... We need to skate harder and forecheck more. NO CRAP...

This is exactly why I DVR my games and start watching them about 45 min later. I had forgotten how bad the interviews were until I saw this thread. FFWD through intermission is the best I dont have to deal with this stuff. Same goes for interviewing the coach after the games and even during. Its the same answers everytime.

Mowers would put an insomniac asleep...along with Dale Arnold it makes boring exciting...lately the teams not much better!

Why Jaffe is on NESN & the NHL NETWORK is beyond me. The guy is horrible.
