The best chance that the Caps have of winning is to draw a lot of penalties and score on the PP. While I don't think Chara is the one to draw them off of, it's the best game plan for the Caps to win and don't disagree with the thought from the Caps columnist.
Think they'll try and draw Lucic and Marchand into taking stupid penalties instead of Chara as Chara doesn't take dumb penalties. He just gets penalized for being 6-9

If they do that, they also have to hope their PP does better than the 16.7% (worse than Boston!) it did during the regular season. -

Answer seems to be Was keeps OV off ice 17 mins far from his 19:48 of season and Z stays off ice played far less then his average 25 mins a game.
