Chara getting some rest.

    Chara getting some rest.

Anyone else happy about Slovakia being done so that Chara can get some well needed rest before the league starts back up? Don't get me wrong, the big man would be well deserved of an Olympic medal, but keeping him healthy and rested for a run at the cup is huge.

Yes. I don't think that team is/was a real medal contender, so I want Chara to play as little as possible.  Good deal for us.

Hopefully Bergeron can get some rest, along with Krecji and Rask.

The Americans don't have any Bruins so hopefully they don't get any rest at all.

So...will he stick around for the closing ceremony or bash his goalie, check out of his hotel and leave for home(as Thomas Vanek supposedly did)?

Chara is all class...I think he will stay for a while.

I don't care if he stays.  I just hope the time is spent sleeping, relaxing, and maybe banging a figure skater, rather than playing 30 minutes a game and getting worn down...

Two twin beds and a Lunesta should do the trick.

As close as I could come.  I really don't like 3 players on the team.

Close, Wheeler over Kesler.  I have respect for Kesler.

Kesler may be the biggest punk of the four.

Oh, he is, I think. But patches is a close second on the punk-o-meter. No coincidence that these 2 play for Vancover and Montreal. It’s the culture of these two teams that is a part, or maybe most, of what makes them that way. At least in Kesler’s case. I think he would be less of a deebagg if he was in a different organization. Patches, I’m not so sure. I think his deebaggery is completely transportable.

Makes me feel a little sick to be mentioning these names.

    Kane.  Now there's a player.

Now, there is a player who would never make it in Boston.

He's been in the league 6-7 years, and still hasn't hit a single person in any game or practise.

He would be crucified for it on this board.
