    ciirelli does it again

once again cerelli trades away goal scorers for defensemen you would think he would have learned his lesson by now  defensemen don't score goals forwards do  he got rid of kessel 35 goals brad boys 30 some odd goals what did he get for boys it was ferrance or wideman both stiffs  he is apparently in love with defence this is not football where defence can win games hockey you have to score goals

Hard for Lucic and Horton and Krejci to stuff in a rebound if no one shoots the puck at the net.  Chiarelli got the BEST AVAILABLE OFFENSIVE DEFENCEMAN ON THE MARKET.  And he didn't trade one full time roster player to get him.  C'mon.  We have the draft picks to go for it.  So let's do it.

    Re: ciirelli does it again

This was a good trade and i don't Chirelli overpaid.  Toronto could of had Kessel at the draft for Kaberle and the 7th pick instead they got him for the 2nd overall the 32nd overall another top 10 pick this year and Kaberle still ends up in Boston. The Toronto papers are spinning they got the better end the only asset the B's gave away was Colburne (where the Bruins are deep )and the picks and if anyone can show that the leafs have even a slight clue about who or what to draft.......
