yet again wheeler gets a goal when we are down 3. Lets just hope the rest of the team can follow his lead. -

In Response to Re: CJ VS Ramsey / B's Thrashers Game Thread:Stuart is such and over rated defensemen in the eyes of Bruins fans...he occasionally hits hard and drops the gloves...I'm not a big Ferrance fan but he has out played Stuart in every aspect, and yet he is the one everyone $h!ts on...... If Claude really want to teach his younger players a lesson he should be giving them some ice time today in unusual situations.

Mark Stuart is a fantastic stay at home defenseman. I don't know what more you want from him. -

Why can't they play with this intensity for 60 mins ? -

Where is the urgency coming from?

CJ decides to get everyone fired up by having some people slug it out.
Wheeler scores and somewhere STANLEY has just experienced the big 'O' as he knows Wheels will add another 30 this season.
Is this a rerun? -

urgency starts half way into the game... no thanks. Horton... stop shooting in the goalies chest. -

Tough call on on Paille, guy turned into it.
Good to see CJ give the officials an ear-full though and protect his players. -

Rask is incapable of stealing games. He only wins when the team plays well. Just once I'd like Rask to stand on his head and steal a game that they don't deserve to win. -

Garbage call leads to fluke PP goal in last 12 seconds after Boston had a strong period. When things go bad they really go bad. -

Posted by Not-A-ShotI think you just summed up my argument. If you said functional it would have been one thing but fantastic is how I think most B"s fans perceive Stuart and I just don't think its true. He seems to have lapses at big moments and while he was on his way to being a solid D-man a few years ago his progression has completely stalled in my eyes. -

OK, so the line up is light with guys out with the flu.
Maybe call a time out to rest your first line at some point in those 1st 2 periods?
Or maybe call a time out to rest the 4th line? -

Ah the team is so bad Broduer in his best days couldn't win! Rask is not the problem... how about the back and forth slow movement out of the zone play bythe defense. Yes, center ice men are needed but, the Bs don't win the one on one battles either. Spirited play in the third is a start. -

Didn't use a time out this whole game with a spare in the lineup? -

This team will go far as long as krejci is in the lineup. There is no fantasy. Bergeron doesn't work on the horton/lucic line. Why not try seguin? Try something!! -

oh.
here's the time out with 3:17 left and the game pretty much out of reach.
To map out a 4 on 3 that would last like 15 seconds.
what the mother lovin... !?!?!!?!
And then they don't even get a SOG after diagramming out a play??
what?? what ?? -

It's our offensive style of play. Did anyone notice 50% of our shots came from defensemen? CJ needs to go. His coack is bad. Most teams defense usuaully account for less than 35% of the shots. -

Don't expect any help from Providence. Just watched them get embarrassed on their home ice, 5-1. I don't see them that often, but every time I do, their performance is below par. Gotta wonder if there's a systemwide problem, not just the parent club. -

Bergeron 0, Lucic 0, Recchi 1, Ryder 1 shot in last few mins of game. Change style of play to create scoring chances. Shooting from 50 or more feet out is a wing and a pray.
