Over the weekend, the FBI released an extremely damning report that clearly showed several of the most senior athletic administration officials at Penn State were aware, & complicit in covering up the Sandusky abuse. Given it's relationship to sports generally, especially youth sports, I think the NCAA's role in this should be clarified so that sports organizations everywhere can act appropriately when reacting to a criminal behavior like this that happens not to violate any of their rules.

My question to the Bruins boards is, What do you feel the NCAA, or any sports governning body should do in a situation like this?
