This guy was a 30 goal scorer 2 years ago. I think he has Bruin written all over him? Any takers? This could ease the pain of watching Horty walk out the door.

Horton is walking out the door because the Bruins dont have enough under the cap to fit him in.Clarkson will demand more than Horton.

Hence PC looking to free up cap space. Yes if the Bruins can indeed free up space I would love to see Clarkson in Boston. Imagine both Clarkson and Horton in Detroit Yikes!

Clarkson will get paid but I don't see him getting more than Horton. Horton has six 20 goal seasons, Clarkson has eclipsed the 20 G marker 1 time in six seasons. I love Clarkson's gm but I think he'll be too pricey for the B's.

Horton and Clowe will go before Clarkson....Horton because he is better and Clowe because he will be cheaper.Maybe Clarkson will have to settle for less than he wants....

I've gotten to watch DC live quite a bit and I've listened to the diehard Devils fans talk about him like he's the second coming... I don't see it. Talented no doubt but not particulary speedy or physical (more like he picks his battles.) If he were a Bruin, I'd put him behind Bergeron, Krejci, Lucic, Seguin... and maybe Marchand.
