Seth Griffith with a pair last night. The winner on a deflection with 4 seconds left in the 3rd.

No doubt about the kid having goal scorers hands.

Seth Griffith with a pair incuding the GW in OT. Back to back GWG's. This one, his 25th, a roof job. The Knights extend their winning streak to 21.

Re: Early Bruins 2012-2013 Prospect Reports

Craig Button, SanLion (I'm just assuming that's how this is going to go...).  Something is askew in Craig Button.  There's a reason he hasn't had a job in hockey - meaning not in the media - in about 7 years.  Pierre Maguire gets mentioned as a possible GM or coach all the time, but no one ever says "you know who should get hired to revamp the Canucks' scouting department?  Craig Button."

Schultz leads the AHL in scoring, and he's property of a Canadian team, therefore Button thinks the sun shines out his arzhole.  I will say this for Button: he knows who watches TSN and makes sure they like his reports.   Thus Morgan Reilly eight spots ahead of Dougie Hamilton.

Love seeing Griffith do well.  The size/speed limitation despite big numbers reminds me, most recently, of Corey Locke - Scab 4th rounder a few years ago who put up back to back big seasons including a 63 goal campaign, but a guy who, at 5'9" and 175 never got out of the AHL despite big seasons there - 79, 85, and 86 points in three consecutive years with three different teams.

In your opinion where should he be ranked ? With that website you watch, this shouldn't be that hard.

Craig Button's list might not be agreed on with everyone but he was a former NHL GM who has the insight and resources to do a list like this.

    And you are ?

Just for the record GM doesn't mean general merchandiser. Keep looking . You'll find another job.

Jared Knight plays his first AHL game in months. Zeroes across the board for him in a PBruins win.

Nope wasn't paying attention, thought that OHL teams didn't play back to back games. Good to know, might have to record the tonights game.

Cassidy has Knight on the 3rd line (Dumb!),  to add too insult Knight might have tweeked his hamstring again last knight (taking lessons from Rico Sauve). He didn't return halfway through the 2nd period. Back to the trainers room for young Jared more than likely.

At least Providence won without all their callups and Bridgeport had Niederreiter playing. This is good the Eastern Conference in the AHL has tightened up as of late. Sauve, Camper and Cunningham (who was en feugo last night) have to carry the team tonight and Sunday.

They sometimes play 3 nights in a row.
