Re: Eriksson excited to start time with the Bruins

I like Benn alot too, but very happy with LE.

Last three years their production on a per game basis is nearly identical.

    Benn: 181gp 60-92-152 (per game: .33-.51-.84)

    Eriksson: 209gp 65-108-173 (per game: .31-.52-.83)

Eriksson played 28 more games and was a plus 19 vs Benn's -2.

Benn was 21, 22, 23.  If you are counting +/- Im counting hits.  48 games   6 hits?  That makes Kaberle look like king kong.

I'm very happy with LE as well.  Benn is one heck of a young talent who will get a sniff at playing for team Canada.

Benn had 71 hits, 6 fewer than your boy ST.  Good for 154th in the league.

Oh wait, you set it up.  10 pts back.  Deal

Make the deal and save your laughs for later.  Your guy has a career high of 63 points. Don't tell me what Eriksson can't do. Tell me me what Benn can that Loui cant.

When I was in school I learned the difference between can't and won't. You must've been working last night Shupe. I see you were busy posting at 4 am. Have a good day. Get some rest. It might help cure your crazy talking. I will conclude by saying benn gets more press here in Canada than Eriksson does. I think one of them is Canadian and the other isn't. I wonder if that makes a difference.

Yes.  Attempted murder.  No crazy talk.  There isnt one gm in the nhl that would take loui over benn.  Bets on.  10 pts more then benn.   Good chats ya fool.

PS.  A lot of canadian hockey fans wouldnt mention benn.  Hes not a crosby or giroux.  Benn is one heck of a player who continues to get better and is turning 24.

This debate takes me back to our first one Shupe. If i remember correctly, you told me the exact same thing about Lucic and Bobby Ryan. I said I wouldn't trade Lucic for Ryan and you said there wasn't a GM in hockey that would agree with me. Our wager can be for a pair of Q league tickets. I'll get you some Moosehead tickets if you win. You can get me Seadogs tickets if I am victorious. It'll make the season more interesting for us this way anyways. Good luck to you sir.
