    1. No accountability on this team. Ex. ference plays like crap last year. gets a new contract.
    2. The B's are never prepared and that is why they always fall behind early.
    3. Power Play is garbage.
    4. Dump and chase does NOT score goals consistently claude.
    5. The B's give up a ton of shots....and this is a defensive system????

    Maybe the contracts for people like ference is on chiarelli, but i believe that this accountibility factor translates through the whole locker room.  Maybe I am wrong, but what do you think?
