One of the skillsets I like that Hamilton possesses is his shot from the point rarely gets blocked. They find their way thorugh.  Could be something good in this series.

Another puck-induced earache.  Hope it's not too bad.

we'll see a lot of this.  Bergeron looked upset that he could not continue playing.

5 more seconds , just 5 more seconds and the Bruins would have scored.

So far this game has been about as expected.  Bruins have had some really nice chances, we'll see if they can keep that up and if the Rangers can bend without breaking.

I don't want this game to get chippy... let our young D get into the game. Fast, frantic play will only increase the chances of them making a bad decision or bungle the puck in front of our own net.

Marchand looking better .  His moves have paid off and has gotten through, something he wasn't successful against the Leafs physical D. He almost got that wraparound.

I can't believe this - Bartkowski played the most minutes of any Bruin in that period.  What does he have on Claude Julien that CJ trusts him with Cedfano-like minutes?

Marchand does look better so far,if he keeps playing well i would put back with Seguin,I thought a lot of Seguins problems in first  round was Marchand.

Bartkowski wouldn't be playing of there weren't so many injuries. Julien had no choice and the kids are showing him why he should have played them earlier in the year.

After watching that 1st period, the Bruins should crush this Rangers team...they gotta get after them though. I'm gonna puukke if they don't win this series
