Yah I'm kidding around right now but I am really nervous. As much as I preach "throw the kids into the fire", I will be very tense when the Rangers forecheck bares down on them early on.

because it's days like this when you wish you knew more about how resilient Krug would be under a heavy forecheck

Or I know about Krugs handling of the forecheck in the AHL but don't in the NHL because he only gets to play when someone is injured. Maybe, just maybe Krug should have been brought up more during the season.

But no it doesn't work that way

although I would prefer to have the vets back on the blue line, I kinda like the youth we have there... does any other team have the depth at D that Boston has?

That  really is a youthful defense, isn't it?

Yep, but until it shows to be a problem I don''t mind.

Very valuable experience for all three and at least one (probably 2) of them will be regulars next season.

Lundqvist needs to come down to earth and play more like his usual mediocre playoff style vs his regular season heroics. So far -- not happening.

Just have to burn him out.

By the way, I am silently hoping for a crazy Milbury-esque game. Been a while since these two faced each other in the post-season.

Everytime they show Cedfano sitting at his locker pre-game, just blankly staring forward, it creeps me right the F out.

I want to see Lucic play like he did in the Toronto series. He needs to be a beast in the corners and in front of the net.

I think Gord Miller mentioned the Rangers blocked 186(?) shots vs the Caps.
