Hey who was the center that did all the great work in transition ?

I think Spooner earned a longer look.

Looked to me like Soderberg was guilty of the hook.

I was surprised he didn't get the call as soon as Loui got hurt.

A few brief moments of decent play won't win us many games... been playing from behind most of the night!

Soderberg seems to be over thinking what he's supposed to be doing out there. Doesn't look very comfortable with the system at this point. Spooner and Dougie have both had some pretty good moments.

I have no idea which Bruins team will show up for the third period?

Little help -- usually DVR every game so I can go back if needed but not tonight. Did anyone catch the Edwards comment at the beginning of the game? Something about the NBC network -- Crosby -- multiple replay angles -- Etc?

Into OT with a chance to pull this one out. Can someone shadow Perrault? This guy loves playing the B's.

He was talking about NBC showing a harmless, but wayward, stick from Chara near Crosby's head over andover again. I think he was suggesting they were angling for some action against Chara.

Rask can stop the Ducks, but can Boston's shootout score on Hiller???

Shoot out time -- Rask better be great -- Ducks probably have the better guns.

Just tuned in.  Read some comments I hadn't seen for quite a while about how brutal the Bruins were early. I had to blink twice at that first period shot total.  Guess they got in gear enough to bring it to the SO.

Take it and run -- Rask with 2 + a crossbar wins it.

Glad they won it but what was the story with the Bruins earlier?  To paraphrase I was reading stuff like "worst period of this year, maybe last year," "team has no life."  Were the Ducks responsible for their form or were the Bruins just not into it?

uh...Soderberg with one of the worst SO attempt I've ever seen. Is this guy supposed to be a scorer ????  All I can see him score is garbage goal. He has no shot. And Caron no offensive skill.

    Well, anyway, they won !

Iggy's shootout goal was pretty sweet! Not sure how we pulled 2 points out of this frustrating night...but we'll take it.

Goal scoring is going to be a prolem all season long... Marchand, Caron, Soderberg, Smith, Merlot
